Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed and toned skin 2-4 times weekly as part of your nightly regimen. Use as tolerated. Follow with a moisturiser if further hydration is needed.

*We do not recommend this product for use in the AM as it may cause skin sensitivity to sun exposure.

Apply Defy daily as an exfoliating night cream to prep the skin for our retinol serums like Serum 16 or Define.
