When booking in it is important to note for treatment of moles or pigment-type lesions we will require a letter from your doctor stating it’s been checked and is safe to remove.
How does CyroPen work?
The Cyropen is a pen-like instrument that delivers a fine pinpoint spray of liquid nitrous oxide at a constant temperature of minus-127 degrees under high pressure which allows our therapists to work with millimetre precision and essentially eliminate the cell. Depending on the size of the lesion, this will sometimes create a scab or crust which will fall off within a week or two. The Cryopen does not rely on contact with the skin to be effective, meaning it is a quick, safe, hygienic and easy treatment that won’t damage the skin.
